Beautiful setting made even more attractive by the history of the chateau. We had exceptional service with just the correct balance of attention without intrusion. The food was exceptionally good with a varied choice of both the more simple and also complicated and unusual dishes and breakfast was one to be remembered with beautiful home made produce. We will certainly... More

This is a lovely hotel, it is set in beautiful peaceful countryside and the staff are charming, helpful and very professional. The decor may not be to everyone's taste but the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean and there is a good TV with 2 BBC channels so you can escape Sky and CNN. The food is the... More

Located in an attractive part of Picardy which has few hotels, restaurants or bars, this hotel really stands out. The arrival is stunning as you drive up a tree-lined avenue, towards a fabulous chateau. But don't get too excited. You are not staying at the chateau-you turn left into the "cour" ( courtyard)- rather more servants quarters. A warm welcome.... More

This is a fantastic place. Only took 1 hour from Calais. Beds and rooms were very comfortable and the food and service at both dinner and breakfast was superb. We will definitely go back in the near future.

We loved everything about our stay here; the room was fabulous, and unexpectedly even nicer in reality than in the online photos. We splurged on one of the larger rooms (which was worth every penny) but could have booked a lovely room for considerably less: these are great value. The restaurant serves the most delicious food at incredibly reasonable prices... More

Second visit for us and still we are so impressed. The hotel is very individual with some gorgeous rooms, cleverly adapted from the saddlery and stables. The restaurant serves outstanding food, really exciting and so well produced. The jambon is amazing. A bonus is this hotel is only an hour from Calais so perfect for a visit to or from... More

Loved the area, beautiful entrance to the chateau, calm and inviting.the chateau itself has been in the same family for generations and the present owner, Sebastien is still restoring it, and it's used as a family home, how jealous am I! The hotel rooms are in the converted stables, rooms are beautifully done, large and simple, wifi, flat screen tv... More

We had dinner here on a quiet Friday evening. The smell when we came into the restaurant was fabulous and the food was equally as good. We watched the Chef gather herbs from the garden in front of the dining area and the meal not only tasted terrific it was great value for money. We would recommend this restaurant very... More

Arrived in glorious sunshine and sat outside on terrace (lovely garden furniture) with cold French beer - perfect start to our tour round Normandy! Excellent restaurant (check out the table!), room was large, simply furnished but very pleasant. Fabulous situation in grounds of chateau, chickens roaming, goats grazing - immediately switched off and relaxed.

We last visited this property some years ago and it was great to be back. What a beautiful setting. Lovely room, few drinks before dinner and then a very well cooked dinner, excellent wine list and good service. The restaurant was busy and at times only 2 waiting staff seemed a little short sighted, but it really wasn't a problem.... More
