We stayed a night before returning to the UK via Calais. It's bang in between the A16 and A18 and not too much of a detour. While remote it's actually quite convenient for a number of local sites and towns such as Péronne, Amiens and the coast. The hotel and restaurant are farm building conversions that form a courtyard in... More

We stayed and ate here, and the food was excellent, and exceptionally good value. Some of the rooms are a bit noisy (thin walls meant we were woken by the family/dog next door, several times), but are spacious and comfortable. Would recommend.

Exceeded the high expectations reviews had set. Glorious setting in the deepest of French countryside - a haven of rural piece. Personal service from Sebastian who wanders around his domain with his dogs. We liked Room 5, which has a shower, and found the mini-bar enticing for a pre-dinner drink. Both food and wine were good value. The cooking is... More

Have never stayed but have eaten many times. Lovely setting, very friendly, food is gorgeous, love the old table! Have many memories of happy times with the whole family ... Especially my dad. The pate is to die for and the gardens are beautiful ... Have gorgeous photos of all the children here x

I took my partner here for a romantic break and it was perfect. It is very close to Calais but in a beautiful country location for peace and solitude. We stayed in Room 1 and the bath is amazing. After reading previous reviews I took candles and some champagne which definitely adds to the ambiance. The food is great and... More

Only just over an hour away from Calais, this meant we had a wonderful end to our holiday. We stayed in the tree house - a real tree house, with a full moon and a gorgeous sky - perfect. The restaurant also serves excellent food - wonderful local ingredients, sensitively put together.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights. An interesting, if quirky hotel. If you like a traditional, chain type of hotel, then this place may not appeal. The rooms are all different, and ours, No2, was very large with a really large bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. Note not all rooms have showers (ours did) so if... More

Beautiful food and served from Sebastian with a passion and an eagerness to make all his guests eat well! The food was fabulous and such great value! Three courses for 30 euros is spectacularly good value for what we had and there was a complimentary extra starter. The food is fresh and everything possible is made on premises. We stayed... More

We stayed at La Cour de Remi on the last two days of our honeymoon in the tree house which is located in the garden. It was well furnished with great little touches like a mini bar and quirky light fittings. Very romantic but a bit noisy when it rained and the birds were walking around in the morning. We... More
