Just back from my trip. Stay in this lovely resort was worth it all. We got a upgrade to the panoramic room. The view of river Karli is the the best and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and hygienic. The staff is very friendly so are the owners. Kitchen orders for Lunch and Dinner take a long time but its worth... More

Hands down the best hotel in the area, if you are seeking calmness and hygiene. Also, costliest in the area - and could be little economical, if not too much. Reach :- an hour away from station. Cost :- could be little economical, at least about Rs.500 less. Location :- Superb view from rooms on the first floor and up,... More

the best part of this hotel is location, mind it, its very interior...its on a strip of land between the river and the sea....making it a perfect place...the roads from malvan to tarkarli are pretty cramped and confusing but once you have hang of it, its ok. the hotel itself is on the river side, has its own sort of... The views expressed by the guest have been expressed earlier too. The guests overlook the fact that they are visiting a remote place in an underdeveloped part of Maharashtra. In this technically advanced age we suffer from lack of basic necessities of transport and communication. This affects not only the guests but also the tourism facilities and the people who... More

We went to saagar sangam resort in this holi. Being an off season, the resort was empty and we felt a bit disappointed with that initially but we were overwhelmed with the service and hospitality offered by the friendly staff there. We being vegetarian, were quite skeptical about food but it was awesome. They made whatever we asked for and... More

The location and surroundings are very good. The beach is at walking distance which is a big plus. They serve good sea food, need to order in advance, which is understandable. The bath rooms are well equipped, but the water supply is not good enough! The water pressure is very low and hot water is not available all the time.... More

The hotel rooms are close to 4 star, but the amenities are not. Their two biggest problems : frequent power offs and no snacks unless you order a minimum of 4 plates of the item ! The hotel has a generator but the management seems to be very stingy in terms of keeping it on when there is power-outage. I... More

Thanks for sparing the time to express your views. Wish the observations were made after verifying the facts. However we regret the inconvenience suffered by you. Tarkarli - Deobag being a remote village is severely affected by power failures/ load shedding, some of which are mandatory (32 hrs a week). The power so saved is diverted to the metropolis of... Visit this resort only if you want to come out feeling guilty, stupid and if you want to ruin your much-cherished holiday. There are better places, cheaper places and more hospitable places near this resort. There is nothing amazing about the property- the scenery around is naturally good. Enjoy the scenery, by taking a road trip around the place or... More
