I stayed here at least 5 different times during 2014. Its fantastic value. I think primarily its just one room type for 900 baht all year around. It has a lovely refreshing pool. Its generally pretty quiet - pick a room away from the road. The only main 2 noises are from the cleaners ..who seemingly keep scraping the furniture... More

We were there for two days. I am totally satisfied by it's service. Food was good and reasonably cheap, compared to other part. Staffs are friendly. Pool was clean and big. location was also good. If we want to stay a bit away from noisy and crowded beach area. Its your best deal.5/5

This a good hotel which has good facilities and staff. The room price included breakfast and I had a no smoking room. The bed and room were large and the wi-fi was free. The food was excellent and taxis to other places in the area were very reasonable. Within a short walk was a bus station to the airport and a... This is a really nice hotel offering a lot for the $ but when we got to the non smoking room it was horrible with smelly cigerrette smoke. I even tried to open the window for fresh air but the smell was pretty much in bedded in the room. Then with the AC on it seem to get worse. If... More

Great hotel, friendly, clean and great grub, one of the best breakfasts I've had in many years of travel. Only one complaint- fit hand dryers in your toilets.Great pool area and patio, regular maintenance on pool cleanliness.

A wonderful find. The breakfast is sumptuous. The kitchen is open 24 hours and the menu is extensive. After wandering the streets for two days and finding the tourist restaurants of Pattaya lacking, we discovered that a better meal is served here. The rooms are cheerfully bright, sparkling clean and the views from the large window and balcony are magical.... More

Very friendly little hotel, very clean and nice staff - traditional with a majority of Thai guests. Nice swimming pool. Located 1-2 km from city centry and beach, 50m from a local market where you can hire a tuk tuk around the clock. Quiet but a couple of rooms are at the street and there it's noisy.
