stayed for 5 nites moved rooms twice as noisey pipeworks and 3 hr power cuts .dirty rooms,lobby doors stuck ??
4 stars what a joke ive stayed in hotels globally and this one is the worse no room wifi so take no notice of there advert telling you so
just pc in reception ,aircon busted,
truly disgusting and ruined italy...
