This was the 2nd time staying at Rayaburi Resort, we first visited one year ago and had a great time. Unfortunately it was really disappointing and we will not return again. The room initial room we we're put in was called 'Garden room', we called it 'Cell block h'... Our room was changed to the poolside which looking at is... More

Best location if it comes down to the beach/bay, it has a perfect view and there are allmost no boats or day trips on this beach (compared to the main beach where everyone arrives). The rooms are excellent and the restaurant is pricy but very good! Also the sunbeds are good!

Stayed 4 nights at the Rayaburi Resort. We had to change rooms the first night because the room had a smell that would not go away. Try to stay away from poolside rooms if you want privacy It can be very noisy up to at least 9:00 on. The new building is nice but again you can't escape the septic... More

We booked to stay at the Rayaburi Resort for 3 nights over Christmas. To say our was 'mixed' is probably the best way to sum up our stay. Our arrival was a shambles - despite booking a morning speedboat transfer, we ended up on a tourist boat as there was an issue with one of the hotel boats. Even then,... More

We had 3 families and booked beach front and lagoon villas. Except for the location, we had a pathetic experience right from when we landed. An old truck cargo truck to transport people from pier to hotel, completely un-welcoming staff ready to teach you all the limitations and policies. Resort speed boat brought us at 1030am but rooms were given... More

This is a place to get away from it all. Don't expect shops, attractions and entertainment. Go to Phuket, Bangkok, or Chiang Mai for that. On Ko Racha you relax. Our beach front room was great - spacious, with lots of place for our clothes. Nice view of the beach, and of course easy access. Beach is beautiful, but the... More

We had 4 people and rented the beach front bungalow. The room was lovely, maybe 50 feet front beach, the view spectacular. The bathroom was not the greatest, out dated and nothing fancy. What is shown in the photo advertisement is a new section and pool set far off the beach in the back of the resort. We were not... More

Terrible stay !!!! The ratio quality / price is insane !!! The staff at the reception is impolite with no sense of the customer relationship. Hoepfully the beach is amazing… transparent water and white sand. The staff at the restaurant is young and good. Kitty the manager is nice as well. No towels in the bathroom, bad smell in the... Good: 1. It's the only "mid-priced" place to stay in Koh Racha. 2. Decent food for higher than average price. 3. Little boat traffic in front of beach and crystal clear waters. 4. Spacious rooms. 5. Nice pool. BAD: 1. If you are taking the resort complimentary afternoon ferry/transport to Koh Racha, be prepared for last minute changes in departure... More

Stayed 6 nights at Koh Raya island. Rayaburi resort was fine for the price large rooms and peaceful beach. Breakfast service was good but quality of food could be better and could change a bit from day to day. Had dinner at the restaurant food was good bit pricey for the quality. We ate either at the racha resort or... More
