Having stayed at the Shangri La at Bangkok (4 ngts) and Chiang Mai (4 ngts) we travelled on to the Banyan Tree for 7 ngts - big mistake. Kuoni had upgraded us to a pool villa. If you wish to experience pampering at a high level then book a double-pool villa. The villa as you can see from the pictures is very beautiful and spacious.
