Twinpalms consists of two parts-residence and hotel. I was in residence. Amazing experience! We had two beadroom lagoon suit. It's not a room it's your HOME! With second floor, beautiful pool, cozy pool terrace. Everything in Twinpalms was made by architecture company with the same name. Elegant and stylish furniture, toiletries by Molton Brown, Voss water and сoncierge-everything is for... more

this hotel takes some beating - if you shop around you may get a buy one get one free deal on the lowest room grade - but even the lowest room grade is great - when we arrived we were upgraded because they said they were doing some work at the pool - which it turned out did not effect... more

We stayed at Twin Pams for 7 nights. The place was great. We were in a Grand Delux Lagoon Room. There are some privacy issues with people walking along the lagoon to their rooms, but nothing a drawn curtain didn't fix. We feared this would be worse with if people were to swim along the lagoon to the main pool,... more

The check-in was "slightly" dissappointing. As a member of SLH club I booked a Palm room with complimentary upgrade upon check-in. The issue of upgrading was not raised during the check-in until I mentioned it - the receptionist checked the availability of rooms and said "Yes, you can upgrade to Grand Palm but must pay 1000 Bt more". I declined.... more

Chocolates were left on our bed every ngith and the room was cleaned spotless twice a day! Fantastic breakfasts (even had don perignon for free for breakfast with srawberries). Extremely helpful staff who spoke excellent english. Safe place and only... more

I have been to Phuket before and was considering the Chedi as the resort is very quiet and private. Since I've been there before, and didn't want to do the same thing twice, I asked my girlfriend (first time there) to choose another hotel nearby. I'm from Canada and lived in Asia for 6 years now so am quite picky... more

We had 4 wonderful days at Twin Palms at the end of our short visit to Thailand (we had previously spent 3 days in Ko Pha Ngan primarily for the full moon party). The resort is in Surin Beach, which is towards the northern end of Phuket island facing the Andaman Sea. Surin Beach, as Thai beaches go, is lovely... more

My husband and I stayed here with my parents for 3 nights. Every room is designed for the maximum privacy, so you don't get to worry about noise from neighboring rooms. Every room has a large front porch with comfortable seating arrangements, so we played games or read books in the afternoon. Even my parents (in their 60s) loved the... more
