We went self catering so cannot comment on the food, bar was fine and catered for our needs well. Rooms were really warm though, we had to sleep on the balcony to stay cool at night, which wasn't much fun.

After reading some reviews I have to say I was really worried about the holiday. The transfer isn't as long as it usually is from the airport as they have created a new motorway, so it takes about 45 mins to get to Alcudia. By the time we got to the hotel it was nearly two hours after we arrived... More

Staff are fantastic especially sue on reception, the entertainment consisted of on exhausted guy who tried his hardest to keep everyone entertained, he should be given more help, even came in on his day off to put music on great wee guy. Rooms are tiny, we had a family room which had a double bed and a set of bunk... More

The entertainment was ok sometimes but will give the entertainer ten out of ten for really trying, you don't have to stay in hotel as there is entertainment in other places.... More

Hotel's public areas and rooms are out of date, the pool area is kind of austere and worn-out. The hotel looks much better in the exterior than inside. There is no fridge, no hair-dryer in the room, though according to the agency's presentation it should be. You can have them only after paying a deposit. Also for the remote control.... More
