agree with others - definately not what its cracked up to be. staff are lovely but higher management don't want to know nor do reception half the time. food very average and dining too cramped due to a conference of 300 women staying! Booked with all included. Location : first line of Playa de Muro Buffet : Above average 24/24h. Animation programs: everyday. Staff gentle and kind. There are plenty of sunbeds on pool and right on the beach. You can go till fort Alcudia by bus (1,10 euro). IberoJet do a great job in transfers to/from airport. I recomend. more
