Nice Hotel, Great setting. The food was fab and the staff welcoming and friendly..The gardens were great to see very interesting.. It seems they need an art curator as I feel that the art was hung without any thought as they had very different styles, and also some looked contemporary and others looked amateur..Other than that I really enjoyed it... Great hotel. Even though the room was a little bit scabby, the view from our window was to die for. Great environment with wired and interesting paintings and art all around the property. Really recommend to have a dinner at their restaurant - great value and amazing food. Wifi worked very well. Sculpture garden was quite nice. Breakfast was very... More

Broomhill has to be visited to be appreciated. A Country House Hotel of superb standards with modern art works in abundance throughout the hotel including all bedrooms. This really is THE place to stay for discerning visitors to Devon and for art lovers who can enjoy the wooded walks and discover sculptures along the way that makes this a magical... More

Good places to dine can be few and far between in this part of North Devon in February and many are not open until just before Easter. Twenty odd members of Braunton Diners enjoyed a very good dining experience and the special presentation of slow well cooked continental style food with good staff service made the evening one to remember.... Broomhill is an "experience". Pure and simple. If you are in the area and do not visit, you have missed out. If you live in the area and have never been, shame on you. From ambiance to art to food, Broomhill is superb.

I have stayed at this hotel on a regular basis and for someone who travels across the UK on a regular basis rate it as one of my favourites. The hotel owners and staff are very friendly, always provide a warm welcome and strive towards continually delivering their very high standards. The hotel is well equipped, stylish in decor and... There is a lot to like about this hotel but unfortunately the negatives put a damper on our 1 night stay. We were not informed that we had to flick a switch to heat the water, so we had cold showers in the morning, so if you stay at Broomhill remember that at least. The English breakfast was poor on... Had a romantic evening at the Broomhill Art Hotel. The food was very good and very well presented and reasonably priced. The wine list was extensive and also reasonably priced. There was a Xmas party on that evening which given the size of the hotel was a little disturbing and would like to have been informed in advance. The room... More

This hotel experience was brilliant from beginning to end. The rooms were lovely, the food was amazing and the hotel and grounds are truly unique. We spent 3 hours walking around the gardens on the first day looking at the sculptures and another 2 hours the next day. I would recommend this to anyone.
