We have just returned from two fabulous weeks having stayed in Ginepro at Zampugna. The location is absolutely stunning, and never have I experienced such beautiful scenery, or peace and quiet. Nearby, the beautiful medieval villages bustle with activity, and are fascinating. The vast array of cheeses and wines were stunning, and being able to taste them was a real... More

We have visited Zampugna 3 times now and will be going back in June 2014. Our last visit was October 2013 and booked direct with Riccardo. If you dont want peace and quiet, breathtaking scenery and lazy BBQs in the evening sun then this is not the place for you! Riccardo and his family are very hospitable and if you... More

The views are as you might expect. A week in a breathtaking Tuscany surrounded by vineyards and medieval walled cities and towns. The apartments are converted farm buildings with the facilities you need ( rustic charm) and a laundry room washing machine iron ect. There was a welcome hamper waiting for us when arrived.(tea, milk, bread, pasta ect) Riccardo is on hand to meet... Two weeks in Rosemarino Apartment. Great location - you will get used to th 2km drive to the proper road and the walk to the local town (5km away) became a daily ritual. The views are awesome as you might expect, and the day trip to Rome is do-able. Pool was warm and clean. Downsides? No dishwasher - which is... More

Just returned from a week staying in Rosemarino Apartment. What a wonderful location! Just how I imagined Tuscany to be, simply breathtaking. Surrounded by Olive Trees and Vineyards . The spotlessly clean pool was a very welcome retreat in the 35Degree plus heat! So hot we actually purchased an electric fan from a nearby town for the apartment! Visited many... More

We stayed here in September 2012 via Simply Travel. We found the situation to be great, just minutes from Pienza and near to the motorway for days out. The apartment Zampugna - Biancospino was great, lots of space and good facilities. It may be a litte squashed with a family of four, and there isn't a terrace to sit outside... More

We have stayed in the Malva apartment in Zampugna three times and each time it has been special. Located between the wonderful towns of Montepulciano and Pienza Zampugna is a rural retreat of calm surrounded by fantastic Tuscan countryside. From my experience this region of Tuscany is hard to beat with so many wonderful places to visit and even Florence... More

We stayed in the two bedroom Rosamarino apartment in August, and I cannot fault it. It was very clean, and was more like our home than a holiday let. Lovely dark wood furniture, and a well equipped kitchen. There was a wonderful welcome hamper waiting for us when we arrived, and the owner was very friendly. The surrounding area is... More

We recently stayed in the small 'cottage' Spigo for 1 week. The location of the accommodation is secluded and Ricardo lives up to his reputation for friendliness. The area is outstandingly attractive, living up to all the expectations of Tuscany. Well placed for visiting Montipulciano and Pienza, both about 10 mins away. Spigo is small and only just adequately equipped,... More

This holiday was the break we needed and we have given it a high rating because of the location and the chilled style of the accommodation. Rooms are very clean, well furnished and bathroom again clean with a standard shower. The best features are the pool which has stunning views over the rolling countryside and the area where you can sit,eat... More
