I booked a stay at this house together with my husband, parents and sister. First of all the booking process was a breeze and Elfride was always very polite and helpful. Then we got there and couldn't believe our luck because the view and the place was just amazing! She wasn't there to greet us but left us some welcome... More

We absolutely loved our stay at Reniella, we stayed for 7 days and it wasn't long enough. Everyday we would go somewhere different, because it is quite central we found that most places we wanted to visit were easily within a days return trip. So we would cook our own breakfast (groceries from the local village supermarket that had everything... More

Two generous bedrooms two generous bathrooms Superb terrace and magnificent views makes this the perfect base for a touring holiday. Don't miss Assisi , Pienza, Siena, Montepulciano. Volterra, San Giminiano .Cortona , all within easy reach The best restaurant we found was La Grotta in Montepulciano about 15 mins by car .

We stayed at La Reniella for part of our honeymoon - a week of blissful relaxation, spending evenings on the Loggia which overlooks the stunning views of Montefollonico valley with Montepulciano on the hill. The apartment was impecibly clean, with all the mod cons that you would wish for, set in an idyllic rural location but with shops and restaurants... More

We have stayed in self catering accommodation in Tuscany for over 25 years. This year we decided to look at places in the Montepulciano area using www.ownersdirect.co.uk and chose Reniella (property IT3643) because we knew there were good restaurants in the small hill top village of Montefollonico. The apartment is just as described on the website, but the views towards... More

This is not a hotel, but a marvelous guest apartment set in the midst of one of the most beautiful settings of the Val D'Orcia region of Italy. The owners are extremely charming and helpful English emigres (with their 12 year old son). They operate the 38 acre farm where it sits overlooking Montepulciano in the distance and produce excellent... More

The view from the terrace is my desktop image (see thumbnail) and I get a small of taste of this heavenly locale every day. But there is nothing like the real thing and everything about lovely Reniella, particularly the hosts, is to be experienced multiple times. The house is extremely well suited for our family of 2 kids, 2 parents... More

After trying for almost two years to make a visit to the Reniella farm, my dream finally came true this past November. And what a glorious experience! The farm sits in the heart of the Tuscan valley with 360 degrees of the most stunning views. The property is beautifully maintained inside outside. Olive and grapes orchards grace the property and... Reniella is my favourite location in Tuscany. A little off the beaten path, but centrally located, it is the ideal base for visiting the host of surrounding towns, including Pienza and Montepulciano. The guest apartment is beautifully appointed, with a big kitchen adjacent to the patio where you can dine with amazing views of Montepulciano across the valley. This year... More

For anyone wanting to experience Tuscany from a working olive farm and vineyard, this is the place to come. Elfride and Bob are lovely people who were very nice to deal with from both a business and personal perspective. The apartment built into one end of the 400 year old farm house has been very nicely done, is well appointed... More
