We stay here every time we go see the ruins of chichen itza. Clean rooms, not fancy but they have a/c hot water a huge swimming pool and garden area. Close to everything in town. Quiet and clean and friendly, owner is an american so of course speaks english. Best deal in the town!!!! Craig and lorena

On arrival we were welcomed with a tequila sunrise from very friendly staff. Hotel grounds were very pleasant, room was very nice, two large comfortable beds, air con, fridge and tv. Nice little extras such as toiletries. Only down sides -Couldnt get wifi anywhere in hotel and food menu repetitive and basic. Convenient location right by 24hour shop and wonderful... More

Thanks for your visit and your nice comments! WiFi is a big challenge in and around Chichen Itza. Our national phone company is working on it, not an easy task when you realize the archeological obstacles to be solved. We are told is just a matter of a few more days, after years of patiently dealing with all involved! We... More

This was our first hotel on the Thomson Yucatan tour and we stayed three nights. The hotel is quite small and the bedrooms are quite rustic. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms were not great. Our wifi was good but that was because we were directly over the bar. The pool was nicely surrounded by gardens. The best part... More

First impressions are good. The outside looks great and they boast newly refurbished rooms! Inside? We didn't get a refurbished room. It had everything, but didn't feel new. Blue, dark and light woods (did see other rooms, all dark wood and looked nicer, but nothing more than aesthetics) ROOM - two double beds, ensuite, toiletries (shampoo, soap, moisturiser, sewing kit,... After an eight hour flight, two hours going through the airport and a further two and a half hour trip. What we found That this at this hotel was exactly what we needed to recharge our batteries. The room was lovely and everywhere was so clean, the staff welcoming and service and food great. The location was on the main... More

I have never written a review on Trip Advisor before, but I thought I had better say what a lovely time we had here. As we were backpacking this was our "treat" stay in a hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely, very clean rooms, comfy beds, everything you needed. The attention to detail was great (cute rocking chairs,... More

We stayed in this hotel 2 nights in connection with our visit to Chichen Itza, and for that it was great. By taking this stay, we could see Chichen Itza in the morning with very few other tourists. Even the merchandise stalls wasn't ready so we could see the place in peace. We arrived to Piste by ADO-bus from Cancun,... More

First of all the Inn is super convenient (if you rent a car as we did). It is very clean. The staff is wonderful, helpful & will even stop by at the outdoor bar to chat with you. The few days we stayed there we got to know the Manager Luis and his family very well (what a joy). Antonio... More

How gracious of you to post such a nice, very personal review. We all appreciate Luis and his family and the way he manages his collaborators is what I am sure drove you to title your comment as you did. MUCHAS GRACIAS! Thanks for your visit. The title really says it all... there would be no reason to stay at this place for any longer than one night (and I do not know what you would do in the area if you did). You get there in the evening, get a good nights sleep, and then get up to get to the Chichen Itza the minute... More

Thanks for your visit and your comments. We have a different point of view regarding the title of your comment. Chichen Itza is surrounded by nearby, beautiful colonial cities like Izamal and Valladolid, each just a 30 minute drive. The Flamingo National Park at Rio Lagartos; Ek Balam on it's way. Cenotes, mayan villages and a host of shopping experiences... More
