We just spend 1 night in Mugla, to sleep between the Aegean and the Mediterranean coasts. It is a normal big city hotel, with all the standard facilities expected and located near the city centre. Good place to spend 1 night.

We stayed in Petek Hotel for one night on our way from Bodrum to Marmaris and Kas. Mugla is a suprisingly plesant town with some interesting Ottoman architecture. We stayed here for one night on the way from Istanbul to Dalaman. We had a family room which was huge with a kingsize bed and sofa beds for our children (age 12 and 9). The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good location for restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Mugla.
