Its taken me a while to review this hotel because I needed some time to decide if my impressions were excessively negative when so many rave about the place. Our room, a junior suite was excellent ( I cant recall which room it was though) it was directly opposite the clock tower on the church which was quite amusing. The... More

We spent two nights at Castello di Sinio. What a treat and a great way to end our vacation. The Piemonte area was amazing; I am now a bonafide italophile! Denise, the owner, was working away in the lobby area when we arrived and was always very helpful. Actually, all the staff were super helpful, and after travelling through several... More

We spent 4 days at the Hotel Castello di Sinio in the Piemonte area and loved every minute of it. It has all the amenities you expect in a 5 star hotel in the US and the 4 star hotel in Europe. So the best of both worlds. The staff is all very helpful and attentive. Dinner was incredible. Denise,... More

Food is out of this world; the rooms really welcoming, and above all, the staff are beyond friendly and helpful. You can effortlessly chill out on the premises, or use it as a springboard for exploring the surrounding country. We had four meals in two days -- one in the spectacular hotel dining room, and three in places we either... More

Denise the proprietress is a marvel. She has created the most comfortable castle - glorious grounds, and the best dining room in this section of Italy. Can't recommend this establishment enough! More

I expect Denise might see the world a little differently to others. Whilst many of us envision achieving perfection, perfection seems to be Denise's starting point and from here she moves forward. Quite a sublime experience. Food and wine of a standard rarely every found at such a boutique hotel. Don't miss breakfast. We did on one morning of our... More

A truely memorable experience! Denise Pardini and her team of hospitality professionals create a world class experience for their guests. As staff member Davide explains, they strive to create the experience they would want to have as a guest. This trip to Italy included stays in Milano, Bellagio, and Stresa prior to ending the trip in Sinio at the Castello.... More

I am a "wine guy" visiting Piedmont for the first time, although my wife and I have a Casa in Tuscany. Wine tasting is a demanding business. So we wanted a great classic Piedmontese hotel with a pool to come home to after a tiring day in the vineyards. We found this castle on a hill with a view, extraordinarily friendly... More
