Andrew Harpers newsletter summed up Piemonte by saying they work like the Germans, eat like the French and love like the Italians, the same goes for the Italian American French trained Chef and owner Denise Pardini. She is truly amazing, never has there been a hotel owner this passionate and attentive to making sure you get a 5 star experience... More

Everything you have read about the Castello is true and more. Thanks to Denise Pardini (owner, chef, and chief bottle washer) this establishment runs like a well oiled Rolls Royce. I've never seen a staff more tuned in to whatever might be needed. Special thanks to Andrea for all his help. Our junior suite with 2 bathrooms really fit the... More

This is the quintessential "boutique" hotel in a hill town in Piedmont, Italy. The restored and modernized "Castello" is beautifully done and appointed. Rooms are good sized, quiet, comfortable and the "gratis" drinks in the mini-fridge a nice touch. But the best part of this property is the staff, especially the Owner,Chef and Manager Denise, whose food we loved, advice... More

This hotel is in the top 3 hotels I have been in. The surroundings, the staff, the restaurant everything is just perfect. Just try it if you consider it, its how a hotel should be! I have to mention the staff for how they were, so nice and helpful to the smallest detail, without it being to much.

My husband and I tagged a few extra days on to a business trip with a stay at Hotel Castello di Sinio. We were so glad we did! We had a wonderful stay. In addition to this being a beautiful property, the touches Denise and her staff look after are what make it wonderful. From a personalized greeting, looking after... More

We returned to Castello Di Sinio for the third time in 4 years. This time we visited with some "Food and Wine" friends from California. We thoroughly enjoyed our Lodging and Dining experiences again....and so did our friends. Denise, Owner and Executive Chef, welcomed all of us wholeheartedly and proceeded to wow us over the next several days with her... More

fantastic quality hotel well located for all attractions and wineries in Piedmonte. Rooms were very comfortable and decorated to match the castle atmosphere. Denise and her staff could not be more helpful. Meal in the hotel resturant was excellent and wine selection extensive. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I spent the end of our Italian Holiday at Castello di Sinio. This 4 night stay was the best part of our entire anniversary vacation. That is saying a lot. First, we were greeted by the staff upon arrival with prosecco and warm salutations, our luggage was taken to our room and our dinner reservations were already... More

First I would give this Five Star plus one Diamond. They began by pulling the chair out and placing the napkin on your knee. We started with a Rose ,Parusso Monforte Di Alba. It was delightful. No bitterness at all. Very refreshing. The room is gorgeous, very Romantic and wonderful environs. My wife had the Barollo beef cheeks perfumed with... More

Last November, my husband, 2 daughters and I celebrated Thanksgiving at Hotel Castello Di Sinio and stayed for two delightful nights. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by the wonderful and accommodating staff and the owner herself, Denise Pardini. While enjoying glasses of Prosecco, Denise reviewed the highlights of the Piedmont region with us. It was a rainy November... More
