Last November, my husband, 2 daughters and I celebrated Thanksgiving at Hotel Castello Di Sinio and stayed for two delightful nights. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by the wonderful and accommodating staff and the owner herself, Denise Pardini. While enjoying glasses of Prosecco, Denise reviewed the highlights of the Piedmont region with us. It was a rainy November... More

We stayed here for a few nights in late September in order to visit the charming cities in the area. We arrived after an afternoon in LaMorra. The hotel is as advertised by other reviewers - rooms, grounds, service, and food was top notch. We will be back to stay here since we did not get our fill of the... More

Hundreds of people go every November to Piemont for the truffle hunting, local cuisine degustation an Barolo tasting. In case if you are not travelling in a huge bus with a big group, but prefer privacy an a bit of romantic taste, Castello is highly recommended. Rough from outside, cosy and comfortable inside, perfectly located in the heart of the... More

Believe all the reviews. This place is excellent in every way. Perfect base for the wine area. I cannot recommend it highly enough. 6 stars please. Prepare to be welcomed and amazed. Wish I was there again right now!

If you are looking for an impeccably run small, boutique hotel in a unique setting, then this is your place. The architecture is classic and romantic with exposed brick and stone, and wood beams, but warm and inviting. The staff are all extremely attentive and helpful, the food is outstanding, and the wine list is great. It was such a... More

Sadly, I neglected to write the glowing review that Castello di Sinio, Denise and the staff deserved when we visited three years ago. So we have just returned from our second stay, and loved it just as much!! The loveliness begins immediately upon arriving at Castello di Sinio when you are offered Prosecco wile they tell you all about the... More

My husband and I just returned from a 6 day visit to the Hotel Castello di Sinio. We have traveled the world, stayed in some phenomenal hotels and dined in many Michelin starred restaurants. This establishment ranks quite high on our list and we will return for another visit. Denise, the owner and chef is lovely, personable, knowledgable and detailed.... More

This was our second visit in 2 years. This visit confirmed our first impressions from last year. "This property and its owner, Denise, are simply the very best in Piedmont." Our dining and lodging experiences were outstanding. The Castello's location can serve as a perfect hub from which one can tour the Barolo and Barbaresco wine regions. Don't eat out... More

What a hidden gem this is!!! We loved our time at Sinio with Denise and staff. It was our first trip to Piedmont wine region. The hotel was charming. The staff were warm, friendly and efficient.....well groomed in customer service. The dining experience was excellent. Denise helped us organize our experience from picking us up in Como through arrangements for... More

No detail is too small or too imposing for Denise and her lovely staff. We spent a week with them and it was incredible. The cleanliness, the hospitality, the atmosphere is nearly perfect. Out two dinners were the nicest we had in Italy for sure. For a vacation that is totally relaxing and luxurious, stay here.
