We spent Friday and Saturday nights staying at Riverlakes. A very friendly welcome with lots of advice, directions etc. Our executive spa room (211) was spacious and comfortable with a separate dining/sitting area. We had lovely views across to the river from our decent sized balcony. I will recommend to family and friends as being a great place to base... More

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst visiting family in the area, Riverlakes is set out in blocks that look like small houses set in nice gardens ,It does not look like a motel. Reception was friendly and very efficent. Our room was almost palacial, it was large with a good size table and chairs and a patio door leading to... More

Let's face it, Caboolture isn't exactly the epicenter of refined culture. So what a surprise it is to find this place. I stayed here for 4 weeks across February and March in two different types of rooms. My Executive Spa room was was large, clean, cool and inviting. While the Tree Tops room I stayed in for a week for... More

Very clean and comfortable room with plenty of space, and a large bathroom. Well appointed room with all the usual items. Stayed for 2 nights. Friendly and helpful owner walked us to the room on arrival and explained everything. Plenty of car parking spaces within the property, but not allocated a specific spot, so can't necessarily park outside one's own... More

Another gem! After checking in, the owners walk you across the car park to introduce you to your room, what courtesy! Large, very clean welcoming rooms, some with their own small patio. All the usual things you'd expect, kettle, fridge, A/C, TV etc, and acres of floor space. Booked for me by my company, I've also booked extra at my... More

We were booked in by our daughter , we usually stay at another motel in the area. I was surprised at the size of the room, so clean and fresh. And if you have read any of my other reviews you will see that bathrooms are the make or break for me...well let me tell you this one has a... More

My husband and I stayed one night in this motel. We were in room 220 which was one of the queen spa rooms. It was in a very private spot, overlooking some woods and the river. We had a private patio where we enjoyed having our dinner. It has a lovely pool and laundry facilities ( which was so convenient... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a treetop spa room. It was very clean and visually appealing. I will stay again. Loved getting a small carton of milk for our tea and coffee which went well with daily stocked biscuits. Love the spa looking out to the palm trees and river.

The guys at Riverlakes are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend the motel for anyone doing business etc in Caboolture. I have stay there both for business and when I am competing at the State Equestrian Center over the last 2 years and always book advance so I don't have to stay anywhere else!
