This is our second visit to this hotel and we still regard this as being good value for money. We stayed for 10 days in a first floor room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The food was excellent . It was always buffet style which we like as there was such a wide choice of food on offer. We... More

- Traveled here with family in November 2013 for 4 nights. - Food was good but not as tasty as I would have expected being a Trini - Staff are friendly but things can move a bit slow - Not much entertainment - Beach was ok and pool was nice - Advice, take a taxi to Pigeon Point for a... More

My sister, mother and i booked this hotel without looking at the reviews on here and once we did we panicked. There are so many bad reviews stating things like the food is awful, the hotel is old and things arnt working and that the staff are awful. We were honestly quite scared to go there. I've been back only... More

My wife and I stayed here from 06 to 16 Feb this year, To review this hotel it must be remembered that this is a 3 star hotel and not 5 star and thus you cannot expect as much. If you stayed at the Coco Reef down the coast (and we have) it would cost you approx an extra £500... More

We stayed here for 4 nights, a very quick transfer from the airport by taxi, costing about $25. The staff as soon as we arrived where friendly and helpful. During our stay i we noticed that they where very understaffed. Need more barman, and often he was very grumpy! The food was OK, a bit like being in a help... More

Dirty rooms, discusting food, lack of variety of booze .....i'd advise everyone to rent a hostal on Pidgein point, rent a car and try to eat in different restaurant, cuz the hotels in Tobago don't have nothing to offer, not even a decent pool. The "all inclusive buffet" its crap, expect fries and burgers as it best. My 2 year... More

My husband and I returned to this resort in Jan 2015 having been there on 2 previous visits to Tobago. We could not believe the difference in the service and the staff!! Very few of the staff seemed happy, which resulted in a very poor service. Things were getting busy when we left so goodness knows how anyone that arrived... More

We had a three week holiday from January 1oth, so must have stayed at the same time as your contributer, Chris P-Sussex, who I don't know, but agree with, so I don't feel the need to repeat everything. The best thing about the hotel was it's staff, who were invariably kind and helpful, although extremely over stretched. The noticeable exception... More

A holiday is what you make it! We travelled with friends and we enjoyed our holiday. We visited in January, about the time the weather started to improve , it was quite overcast on arrival but the subsequent fortnight was notably better! The hotel is located in a sweeping bay with sandy beaches and a gentle sandy slope into the... More

Did I have a good vacation - Yes Did I love Tobago - Yes Would I stay here again - No My biggest issue with this resort was the service or lack thereof. Starting with the bar, I should not have to ask a bartender to put his cell phone down to make me a drink or have another roll... More
