Although it could do with a bit of a refurb. We were in a one-bedroom apartment which was spacious and clean but the bathroom and furniture needed updating. Also the balcony clearly hadn't been cleaned - EVER!! The restaurant had received some great reviews but when speaking to someone she told me that it had gone down hill since the... more

We stayed at colina village for two weeks 7/6/09 to 21/6/09. The apartments are large and spacious and air conditioned. They are very pleasant. Some advice, this stay requires a car as it is very isolated. the town is a good 30 mins walk which is unpleasant when its very hot. A large beer cost 3 euro at the bar.... more

our week long stay at collina village started well, however 15 euro (+ 25 euro deposit) for a safe key was a bit steep. The apartment itself was roomy and clean, the TV did'nt work but the maid changing the towels and making the beds daily made up for this ! The pools were cold so we ventured into the... more

We stayed for 2 weeks on a self-catering basis in a 1-bed apartment. The apartment itself was pretty spacious with a spearate kitchen area and the decor was pretty much standard, but clean. The cleanliness of the room was ok, but we felt it could have been much better, in comparrison with other places we have stayed. The swimming pool... more

We stayed here at the end of May 2009 for one week with Budget Travel. The apartments are three star, but really punch above their weight. The apartments themselves are roomy and very well stocked, particularly in the kitchen. Given lots of plates, cups, cooking implements etc, coffee maker. Also ironing board. Only negative was twin beds rather than double.... more

Just back from a fantastic week in Colina Village - 1st time back in Portugal in 11 years and this place ticked all the boxes and more! As mentioned in an earlier review, the staff, customer service, accommodation was excellent. We ate between the Colina Restaurant and their sister restaurant, Pimenta Preta and the standard (and price) of food was... more

The resort is fantastic, clean, all the ameneties you need. The thing that sets it apart for me is the customer service...from the night porter to security, waiters and barstaff...all fantastic...and i believe i have high standards :-) The town itself( not colina village) is not lively and the best nightlife you will get is mungos and the roundhouse bar... more

The restaurant food is excellent highly recommend it. The staff are really nice and very helpful. The cleaners come in every day make... more

Hi there My other half and I stayed in Colina Village for 2 weeks in September of this year. Firstly I'll mention that the weather was fantastic at this time of year, temperatures in the high 20's and only a day of overcast. Onto the accomodation. Upon arrival the complex looks well kept and spacious. Spacious is the word that... more
