We enjoyed our vacation in Banyan Tree Ungasan very much. The location / hotel / villa's are even more beautiful then the website tells you. A lovely beach and swimmingpool. Never had a private pool by the villa this large. Service is excellent.

Excellent experience with this hotel. Villas were clean and spacious with plenty of amenities, service staff were prompt with our requests and conversed well in English. Beautiful view from the hotel lobby and pool area.

Overall, excellent. Only the very high cost of alcoholic beverages detracts from what is an exceptionally well run resort, staffed by genuinely friendly and attentive locals. The private outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and day bed area is so well designed and thought out, its worth the cost alone. Don't think about it, just go.
