I had a great time when I visit Bantayan Island with my husband, my boyfriend then, and my good friend. We stayed here at Marlin but most of the rooms are fully booked so we ended up getting the fan room. The room we stayed in is spacious and we had a great time walking and swimming by the white... We stayed there for 14 nights in Dec and January 2012 after moving from another resort in Bantayan. The resort is right on the beach, which is clean and well maintained(during our permanence they were maintaining the beach , because of the high tide). Rooms are very clean and very big, ther is a TV, air-con , a lovely terrace... More

We didn't make reservations for our trip to Bantayan Island. Upon arriving at the pier mid-afternoon, we had a few hawkers approach us for rooms, however we declined. Then, the Marlin's van driver appeared and offered us to view their property with no obligation. When we arrived at the lobby, we dropped our bags and viewed their availability. The standard... More

The resort itself is not that extraordinary but it's beachfront is spectacular. With spacious rooms and its cleanliness acceptable, your stay here wouldn't be a problem. Pros: - big rooms - nice beach front. Sand quality is also good - courteous and helpful staff Cons: - expensive food ( other restos nearby though) - small tv - quite pricey

I booked a deluxe room (P2,8K/ night) with 1 queensize bed and 1 single bed for our 3D/ 2N stay at Bantayan Island, Cebu. I have chosen Marlin's Resort since based on other reviews and photos, the rooms are spacious and clean, and has hot/cold shower.. true! Rooms are beyond my expectations, our room is facing the garden and with... More

We were recommended this from some people we met on Malapascau and decided to check it out. When we first arrived and checked in we noticed a musty, stuffy smell in the room but took it anyway and searched about 4 other hotels in the area to possibly move later on. We ended up staying at Marlins for 4 nights.... More

I was looking for a nice beach front resort in Bantayan which offers bedrooms with twin beds and came across Marlin's. I found the beach front room rate of P4,200 a night quite expensive but i couldn't get a better place that would fit my requirements so I booked four rooms (3 beach front and one de luxe). I found...
