Work hard during the day and arrive back to the oasis set on a hill overlooking mountains and the sea....WOW! Service and food was better than many stays in Rome. The chef and the kitchen are masters and bring the best local food to life. Nothing like a long day and greeted with a lovely smile...and a glass of montepulciano... More

We stayed for two days this July and the it was magical. You can see the mountains and the Adriatic Sea from many of the rooms. The grounds are very well maintained with an excellent outdoor pool as bonus. The rooms are comfortable, and more importantly air-conditioned. The breakfast was excellent and we dined at the restaurant in the hotel.... More

We stayed at the Castello de Septe for two nights during a round trip through Abruzzo. The accommodations were clean, grounds were very well kept, staff was very friendly, but the restaurant is what impressed us most. The dishes were excellent, literally everything we ate was excellent quality and flavour. The head waiter was lovely and paired wines perfectly. The... More

This was one of the greatest hotels in which I've ever stayed. The room was large and beautiful -- the third floor with a balcony overlooking the countryside and the mountains, along with grounds and infinity pool. The staff worked tirelessly and with great pride to ensure our needs were met. I give it my highest recommendation without hesitation and... More

I spent 2 nights here in early February. Whilst cold, the weather was clear and the views towards the mountains were superb. The hotel is well appointed with good facilities. I was lucky to get a room on the top floor with a wrap around balcony to make the most of the views. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful... More

The hotel actually is not only a hotel but a real castle. Well known for its wedding ceremonies, the Castello di Septe is often booked as "the" wedding location in the region. So if you stay there, probably ask for a room not facing to the pool area, as there will often be parties until late. But for all the... More

Unfortunately I spent just one night in this beautiful place, but surely I'll come back soon. It's and old building (manor), adapted for hotel. I been there during a business trip, I was looking a good place for rest and close to my customers: this is what I needed.

The castle was restored a number of years ago and they have truly turned it into a paradise. Every aspect of the place is a thing of perfection, it is inspiring! They have recently added a new beauty / fitness centre and rooms structure next to the main castle. I have to say, I am extremely impressed with the fact... More

Abruzzi is the best kept secret in Italy...undiscovered, with scenic lush vineyards and fabulous Adriatic vistas. Amazing! This exquisitely restored castle is an beautiful retreat for anyone wanting to get away from the crowds and restore their health. We were treated like royalty by the owner and their staff as we went for an afternoon repast on one of our... More

This 17th century castle restored several years ago is right off the A-14 highway. This is my 6th time staying there and the property is splendid. They do have lots of weddings but it's outside and does not interfere with your stay. Great grounds surrounded by vineyards and great views and hardly any buildings around with the exception of few... More
