I was a regular here in the past. I got fed up of the tired gym so stopped frequenting it. He gym is now refreshed and actually quite nice. Although it gets a bit damp in there at times. Food is standard Hilton. The bar menu is a little limited. Rooms are lovely and spotless.

Absolutely disgusted. When I booked the hotel there was nothing to say it would cost £50 return by taxi just to get into town!! So we decided to try the bus last night as the receptionist suggested it was only round the corner. Well we left the hotel at 7.45 pm and got back at 12.45am and only spent 40mins... More

Had a comfortable stay but really this hotel didn't do it for me. Staff are friendly but the hotel doesn't ooze warmth or personality. Its not cheap and the insult of sticking £5 on your bill for parking when the car barrier is broke and the carpark is in the middle of nowhere really shows whats not good about this... More

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Will defiantly come back here next time I am in Bristol. The service was polite quick and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. We loved the swimming pool and hot tub.

Nice hotel near Aztec West industrial estate with easy reach of M4 and M5. Roadworks around the area meant lot of traffic, confusion and de tour. Good hotel with quality facilities. on site Gym, Steam, Jacuzzi all very nice. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The free internet service is not so good, and as a loyalty member would expect... The mattress in the room was lumpy. The few springs in it squeaked. And any movement on one side of the bed was transferred to the other side! I got no sleep and wanted to sleep on the floor; if only I had another blanket... We were told by duty management on checkout that this is a known issue at... More

We stayed here for a weekend break after seeing it reduced in the Hilton winter sale. The design has many signs of wear and it is very much a 90's Hilton but overall it is OK. Check in was efficient and very friendly, at check in we got a fun activity pack for my daughter which was appreciated. Our room... More

I'm a member of the hotel health club which gives me discount to the hotel restaurant and bar. We have eaten at the hotel on a few occasions both in the restaurant and bar area. On My recent visit on Friday evening 22 Jan I asked in the Restaurant if we could eat from the restaurant menu in the bar... More

Stayed 2 nights for work, at rather high business rates. The room was extremely cold overnight (had to wear 2 jumpers in bed) and the promised additional heater never materialised for the 2nd night. The mattress as also cheap and nasty, with the old springs squeaking every time I moved. For a business hotel, I also expected a trousers press,... More

I was booked into this hotel for two nights because the one I usually use was not available. It was the first time I had stayed at a Hilton hotel, and as it is one of 3,500 of the same chain, I was expecting big things. How disappointing! When you first arrive, it looks very impressive with the staff being... More
