The b&b is situated in a small town called castlerea about a half an hours drive form knock airport. Myself and three others stayed one night as a stopover on our travels. We didn't pre-book so were delighted to get the rooms we need. I had a single room as did my brother and our two friends shared a double.... More

Party of 10 stayed for full weekend for my grand daughters birthday. We really loved the modern clean rooms, the huge breakfasts and great service. 10 party goers for a full weekend was no easy feat for the owners but they worked hard to make our stay perfect. When we are back in Ireland and Roscommon again we will be... More

Bleak outside, bleak inside although modern and clean. Very basic. Off season visit meant a cold bedroom, parsimonious with central heating, so room never lost its chill. Overhead lighting more appropriate for a hospital ward - terrible glare. But bedside lamps far too dim and impossible to read by. A duff light bulb and wonky loo seat shows inattention to... More

I stayed overnight in Castlerea for work (godforsaken town) and stayed with Fallons. I have to say it's excellent. Very welcoming on arrival and a good size room and very clean. Breakfast was gorgeous and although I can't see myself staying in the area again , if I was I'd defo stay at Fallons again. Really lovely spot

We stayed at Fallons on Thursday for one night. and were very impressed with the large double room, which was bright and clean. A lovely touch with water left for us, as well as shower toiletries and biscuits to go with the tea. A really good full Irish Breakfast, WiFi available, loads of parking and great views across the fields... More

We stopped in the late evening on the road to Castlerea from Achill. We were warmly welcomed and very fortunate that they had 2 rooms available. We paid 20 Euros than the previous night and recieved a much better service. This couple couldn't do enough for their guests and we weren't rushed out of the dining room or our rooms.... More

We loved our stay in Fallon's bed and breakfast. The rooms were super comfortable, spacious and exceedingly clean. Our breakfasts were amazing. I had the full irish which was just to die for! The owners were fantastic. They were so helpful and happy people! Defo a returner next time we are out that way!

Great location in the West of Ireland. Large, comfortable and well-decorated rooms. Housekeeping did an A+ job. Tom & Helen were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Outstanding full breakfast every day. WiFi and parking were included. I strongly encourage you to consider Fallon for your next trip to the west of ireland. Just a quick note about the water, although... More

Whilst researching our ancestors in ireland we stayed at this bed and breakfast. the rooms are really nice and the establishment is based in lovely country surrounds.. the breakfast was amazing and the hosts were most helpful, showing us all the ancient sites in the area. would recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone!

We enjoyed a restful and pleasant stay in Fallons B&B 2 weeks ago. As regular visitors to the west of Ireland we had visited other parts of the county but this was our first time in Castlerea (but certainly not our last). After a warm welcome we were led to our room - the decor was contemporary and attractive and... More
