We chose this hotel to stay at for 1 night as it is close to Rassada pier and we were leaving for Phi Phi island early the next day. The room was very big and clean however the bed was hard and the pillows very high and uncomfortable so i had to sleep on my own travel pillow. The reception... More

We arrived on the peak season, end of January-early February so most hotels in the area are booked, including their sister hotel called Sino Imperial. But blessing in disguise because we were happy we resorted to Sino House at Montree Road instead. Just some important points : 1. Some of the rooms are outdated. We are on the "Beijing" room... Located in a good location. Just have new 7-11 opposite the hotel, make it even more convenience. Room is big but need more lights and beddings smell of damp. Breakfast restaurant used to be on5th floor, now it is in the restaurant at the front of the hotel....even though buffet line is the same, but it feelsuch better.

Great location with sufficient parking spaces and easy access to town by walking. Sino House Phuket Hotel is a good place to stay for few nights in Phuket. The hotel is rather simple in its facilities and services. The 5 stories building has 50 rooms and suites for its guests. The breakfast is served in the glass-house restaurant in front... More

I checked myself and my staff in for one night and stayed one week! Fantastic value for money. Big clean rooms, nice restaurant and cafe, staff were great, even the hotel taxi drivers were good! Safe area and close to shops. If you want a hotel like this then this should be your first choice. WR

We had a 2 night stopover here on the way to Koh Lanta. The stay was fine until we were accused upon leaving, of stealing a complimentary bottle of water. The male receptionist told our taxi driver not to take us to the ferry until he went and checked himself and we were already in a rush. I was extremely... More

We have stayed twice at this hotel. Once for an overnight stop and once for a week and found the location ideal for walking around the restored Phuket Old Town district where there are some very fine restaurants and plenty of character. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped and... More

We stayed here in Jan 15. The hotel is located in Phuket Town within easy walking distance of the interesting old town area, a number of Wats and also the more modern shopping area. We arrived early on a Saturday morning exhausted from a 12 hour flight. The reception staff were so lovely they understood how tired we were and... More

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. This hotel is situated in the center of Phuket Town and 300 meters from Phuket Bus Terminal 1. Phuket Town is around 28 kms from Phuket International Airport. Airport is connected to the Phuket Town by airport bus which runs seven times a day. To reach this hotel from airport, I took... More

We actually booked at Sino Imperial through Agoda and shortly prior to travel, my wife broke her foot. We called both Agoda and the hotel to request a room on the first floor. Sino Imperial advised us that they did not have a room on the first floor nor did they have an elevator. They offered an upgraded room at... More
