I stayed here with my boyfriend as a stopover after coming back from Phi Phi. After leaving there I didn't think anywhere could be as bad but how wrong was I! The lady who checked us in didn't know where our room was and sent us to the wrong floor. We had to try different floors until we found it.... More

We arrived at Phuket unprepared and without wifi and really just wanted something cheap and okay in the old town center quickly so we could easily proceed our travels the next day. Stupidly enough we accepted help from the tourist desk at the airport. For some unexplainable reason we accepted and paid him right away. The pictures looked nice so... More

well looking at the photos you will be forgiven for think this is a nice place. there is a reason why its super cheap. the lobby looks great but the rooms are extremely dingy, but then i only paid a few bucks a night for the room and it suited my needs i was hardly there. the staff barely spoke... This is by far the worst hotel that I have been to in Phuket. The hotel looks so old & there is not enough space to park the car. In order to go the room, you have to climb one more floor to get to the elevator. Imagine if you have kids & lots of luggage. The room was awful,... More

We arrived after booking the hotel on the back of the pics we had see on trip advisor but didn't read any reviews which was a MASSIVE mistake!! The hotel has obviously been very grand in its day but now it is just a rundown horrendous excuse for a hotel and if I am honest I think it may be... More

The price was right. The photos were nice. The location was perfect. Everything looked good. So we booked the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel we were amazed at the spacious entrance way, the comfortable cushioned couches in the lobby and the impressive grand staircase leading up to the rooms. WOW! We were shown to our room. It was... More

At one time, this was probably a nice hotel but now it is amazing that this place is still open. It looks like maintenance has not been done for decades. In the room the locally made wooden box that is between the twin beds (with the light switches and a little flat top for personal stuff) was hanging from the... More

Oh, where to begin...This is a weird, weird hotel... I can't quite put my finger on it but it is kind of creepy, in a way that makes you amazed you are still alive in the morning. As we found ourselves back for a second night, it is starting to feel like the Hotel California. We ended up here because... More

Taxi drivers at the airport burst into uncontrolled laugh when they heard where are we heading. Well, after getting there we realised why. This place is weird. The lobby looks OK (although quite deserted) then you go through empty corridors, pass locked shops and service points, avoid stains on the floors and get to the room, which luckily is not... More
