Great resort I have stayed here twice. Great service and facilities friendly staff. Amazing pool one of the biggest I have seen. Only down side for me is it's about 10 drive out of patong and you end up spending a bit of money for transport. They do have a shuttle at set times. Breakfast is good but not the... More

Look I suppose if you are looking for a hotel to swim at then I would be ok, but besides that this hotel is terrible. Our room was dirty and outdated, there was no wifi, the food in both of the restaurants was horrible to the point where we left our meal sun eaten for the fear of getting sick.... More

We came here for a family getaway and found for the price we paod was very average. We had 2 interconnected rooms and they were very old and run down. The whole hotel needs a make over. They dont supply adapters to charge phones etc so make sure you take your own. The pools were ok nothing special. We could... More

Where do I begin....Me and my husband were on our honeymoon in Thailand, and we ended in this hotel by mistake that has been corrected 3 days later... We usually don`t stay in expensive hotels, and we have high tolerance, but this is...scary. We didn`t mind that no one helped us with the bags, or that we had to wait... More

This hotel is from another age , friendly staff but with very poor English , the place is in need of serious refurbishment , but at 1500 Bht a night what did I expect . Room simply basic with very noisy air con , no room safe just a bed and a very old TV . Breakfast reminded me of... More

Review based on a one night stay in two rooms : 316 and 318. Completely outdated hotel, poor service and bad sleeping quality. Terrible moisture smell, remains even with window fully open during the whole day. I found one inch long cockroach in the bathtub of room 316. Noise level of AC (a kind of old recessed false ceiling fancoil)... More

This hotel had seen better days, upon entering the hotel, you will be greeted by a musty smell . Location at the northern periphery of the town, no location to shout about. Reception is rather cold, room are standard, cleanliness not too bad but still lacking quite a lot of facilities - no wifi, no coffee making facility, no electric... More

Clean, basic, no frills, quiet, cheap hotel in need of some TLC. No WiFi, though internet access is available in the foyer, no room safe. Breakfast provided was just ok. Staff friendly enough but with limited English. Convenience store close by and a good Thai Restaurant just near the main intersection. Suitable launching place to do day trips. Khai provided... More

I stayed at this hotel with my wife while attending a wedding in Phuket Town. The rooms and beds were comfy and the food was also quite OK. Both I and my wife felt we got what we paid for and then a little extra ;-) Only drawback is the traffic in Phuket Town.

I had read such mixed reviews on this hotel I was unsure what to expect so I went with a very open mind and I was pleasantly suprised. We were met by a bell boy who took our suitcases and led us into a simple lobby with reception desk, no fancy decor like many resort hotels but we did get... More
