Where do I begin....Me and my husband were on our honeymoon in Thailand, and we ended in this hotel by mistake that has been corrected 3 days later... We usually don`t stay in expensive hotels, and we have high tolerance, but this is...scary. We didn`t mind that no one helped us with the bags, or that we had to wait... More

This hotel is from another age , friendly staff but with very poor English , the place is in need of serious refurbishment , but at 1500 Bht a night what did I expect . Room simply basic with very noisy air con , no room safe just a bed and a very old TV . Breakfast reminded me of... More

Review based on a one night stay in two rooms : 316 and 318. Completely outdated hotel, poor service and bad sleeping quality. Terrible moisture smell, remains even with window fully open during the whole day. I found one inch long cockroach in the bathtub of room 316. Noise level of AC (a kind of old recessed false ceiling fancoil)... More

This hotel had seen better days, upon entering the hotel, you will be greeted by a musty smell . Location at the northern periphery of the town, no location to shout about. Reception is rather cold, room are standard, cleanliness not too bad but still lacking quite a lot of facilities - no wifi, no coffee making facility, no electric... More

Clean, basic, no frills, quiet, cheap hotel in need of some TLC. No WiFi, though internet access is available in the foyer, no room safe. Breakfast provided was just ok. Staff friendly enough but with limited English. Convenience store close by and a good Thai Restaurant just near the main intersection. Suitable launching place to do day trips. Khai provided... More

I stayed at this hotel with my wife while attending a wedding in Phuket Town. The rooms and beds were comfy and the food was also quite OK. Both I and my wife felt we got what we paid for and then a little extra ;-) Only drawback is the traffic in Phuket Town.

I had read such mixed reviews on this hotel I was unsure what to expect so I went with a very open mind and I was pleasantly suprised. We were met by a bell boy who took our suitcases and led us into a simple lobby with reception desk, no fancy decor like many resort hotels but we did get... More

Due to its location (far from beaches in the middle of Phuket town) this hotel offers an opportunity to save some money as hotels and resorts around Kamala, Kharon, Pa Tong etc re much more expensive. We paid 2000 baht for a twin room which I think was a good a good value for money there. Hotel Is little shabby... More

We stayed here for the last three days of our, third, trip to Phuket. Maybe I have just been spoilt by the high quality of the hotel in Karon that we always stay at. The rooms were very dated, we were supposedly upgraded - but our 21yr old daughters bed was a 'camp' bed. Breakfast was poor with very little... More

This was a very nice hotel but I guess I would always like to stay in a smaller place. Everything about it was good, the service, the rooms, the pool, and the food.
