Having read previous reviews we were sceptical, but this was a good value average hotel. Room was cleaned every day, air conditioning worked well. We did get a room at the rear and staff were friendly without being servile. Did not feel overcharged or tricked and had full deposit returned no problem. Breakfast at the table was designed for telly... More

This hotel is perfect if you're getting a ferry to the islands as it isn't far from the pier. Although, apart from the pier, the hotel is still far from anything else: restaurants, mini marts... Apart from massage salons, there's nothing around. We stayed there one night last week after a trip in several islands. The hotel is, as I... More

This is a snazzy little boutique hotel and provides most comforts for the very reasonable rate we paid. Our room was shades of white and Gray, very relaxing with ample space. Everything was clean and this hotel provided a great base for us to explore the old town. Food was cheap and delicious at the many small restaurants close by.... More

We stayed 3 nights but were attempted to be scammed a few classic ways typical of Phuket... First the "broken bottle" scam: They provide 2 bottles of water in glass bottles every day. This is pretty usual in Thailand and a good practice (no plastic waste). But this hotel apparently charges 40 Bhat if we broke the bottle which we... More

This is a great little hotel. With an all white interior and coloured LED highlights, it's intent is designer, and not imperial. The room interiors were also completely white, and very clean. Centrally located on the axis of Old Phuket Town and with breakfast provided, this little hotel offers excellent value, particularly for advance bookings.

It has been recently renovated and looks modern and clean but besides the facelift is an old hotel (no lift, no pool). The room was clean and big but not isolated from outside traffic and noise. If you don't mind the noise it is worthy the price but if not, choose another hotel or ask for a room not facing... More

Sino Imperial is a convenient short stay option for those using the pier to get to the Islands. My family and I (4 pax ) stayed two nights, we checked in around 11pm after a late flight and taxi from the airport (approx 700 baht) Facilities were what you would expect for the fairly budget price we paid. Staff were... More

Stayed at Sino Imperial for one night before flying out of Thailand. 30 min drive from the airport (early morning) so perfect place to stay. Rooms were basic but very clean. However, it was a bit noisy in the night with people moving about. The low cost and convenient location compensated for this and if looking for value for money... More

We chose this hotel as it was close to rassadar pier and we had an early ferry to catch. Extremely well priced ($32AUD for the night) clean rooms with air conditioning. Great rain shower and simple but tasty continental breakfast. Helpful staff and was less than a 10minute taxi to the pier. Highly recommended for travellers heading to the pier... More
