I have mixed feelings about the Phulin as its a bit hit and miss. In general it was not that bad, but it did have some flaws that makes me think I wouldn't stay here again. Lovely hotel and staff.we were upgraded to a bottom floor room facing the pool,it was perfect,the hotel was quiet and pool shuts at 7.00pm so we had the area for drinks before going out.The shower was the only problem we had,also the staff's lack of english,so at times was hard for them to understand....overall great time and will go ther... more

im not sure what to write about this hotel. The stay in general was good, the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful (not great english spoken). but, as stated in previous posts, the showers are really bad - you get either very hot or freezing cold. the bed sheets were not changed frequently, the breakfast buffet was terrible... more
