From the moment we walked into our room we knew we had made the right choice. It was one of the biggest rooms I have ever stayed in and just open the sliding doors and the pool is at your door step. Buffet breakfast was most enjoyable and all the staff were outstanding. One in particular was Nut. From the... More

We were originally booked in the Sino wing but got upgraded to the Serene wing. The Serene wing rooms were incredibly spacious and the bathroom is large with a rain shower. 2 pools, one rooftop in sino wing and the other one in serene wing filled with jets. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they will be the... More

We stayed in Sino wing. Old but still very acceptable. Room bathroom requires upgrade. Good selection of restaurants and bars around. Swimming pool on third floor of Sino wing very nice. Karon Beach far enough away from the fleshpots bars of Patong. Breakfast buffet with good choice of European and Thai foods. Very good mid range hotel.

One day we found some blood on it, how disgusting! The pillow cover have black marks on it. The king size bed is... More

I had a fantastic stay in Karon and this was due in part to The Old Phuket Hotel. The room was nicely laid out and very clean. I had a balcony room which had lovely views of the gardens and mountains. The staff were always helpful and courteous and breakfast was fresh and tasty. the beach was about 150 metres... More
