This hotel is just lovely. The rooms were clean and beautiful (we stayed in the Sino Portuguese side). The pools were nice.. especially the one at the Serene wing - very clean and great architecture. Breakfast was good and the service was spot on. Would have loved to have stayed longer and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting... more

For a very reasonable price, this hotel is very quiet and has a far more "expensive" feel... the staff is helpful at all hours for any issues. They are prompt and very helpful. more

I didn't know what to expect from the mixed reviews on here. Stayed in a jacuzzi room in the 'old' part of the hotel. The room was really quite good, away from the pool which has advantages (less noise, more privacy, closest to breakfast, the beach and the shops) and the sole disadvantage of being a little walk around to... more

I went back to Phuket again after 4 days back to BKK. This time with my family. We arrived in two groups due to the flight limitation. Very nice hotel... we spent quality time... we were on our honeymoon and we booked zucuzzi villa... it was beautiful... but not very modren type... room was greatly decorated with flowers... we had shower also back side... bathroom is really big... staff is friendly...so overall good experience .... more

Nice hotel in a good location close to Karon beach. Staff very friendly, good breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby. A few problems outweigh the good points though. If there are people in the adjoining rooms or above, you can hear quite a lot of their noise. We asked to be moved as the person above us sounded like he... more

We enjoyed our stay at the old Phuket and found the staff helpful and the language reasonable. We did book a spa room and found the spa to be a bit outdated and really it didn't work well and because of that we tried to change the room but the staff did not want to do that so we just... more

Really enjoyed our stay. Close to beach and eating places yet very quiet at night. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had deluxe terrace which had everything we needed. For the price it was brilliant. more
