Many floors but still one of the nicest hotel. Great serves. Last day midle of the night when we left to the airport, they had packed breakfest for us. Friendly serves. Understanding staff. The taxis were always available at the parking lot.

We only stayed one night, and arrived in the dark and left in the dark. So we didn't get to use the facilities or really see the place, but the staff were nice to us, free drink on arrival, taken around the resort on a golf cart, bags carried to and from rooms, airport shuttle (1,200B if you stay this... Been here twice for dinner - absolutely great! The staff are friendly, they have good deals on all the food and drinks and were very happy with our overall experience! I highly recommend the steaks, they are top notch and cooked to perfection! THANKS!

Well a fabulous resort filled with everything. I have stayed before many times. My late husband was holidaying at Diamond when unfortunately he had to be flown back to Perth, the staff went out of there way to assist me helping me organise everything, they stayed back late to make sure ken and myself arrived at the airport and ken... Just returned from my first stay in Diamond Cottage, and highly recommend it as a place to stay. My late father, who was even more "careful" with his money than I am, was an enthusiastic repeat visitor to this hotel. My mother, who rightly expects comfort on her holidays, was an eager follower. This meant that before stepping foot in... More

I've just returned from my second stay at Diamond. Well appointed rooms that are clean and comfortable. Great relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle of the bars and markets of Patong, which is an easy tuk-tuk trip away. From the hotel it is a short walk to either Kata or Karon beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby along... More

I have stayed at Diamond cottages 4 times over the last 8 years , having just returnd home my wife and I are already planning our next visit . The staff, room, breakfast, room cleaning, bar and restaurant are fantastic. I find it very disappointing that people chose to run the hotel down "after" they have left , here is... More

We had an awful experience. Apart from the bell guy, the staff was extremely rude. One of them laughted at our complaints. The room was mediocre and and several bugs inside. In the corridors we even saw a rat. Not a mouse... A rat! The bathroom was damaged, the tv was old. The wi fi was not free. There were... More

I remember looking at the reviews before I booked this, and much of them to be positive. We were extremely disappointed in nearly aspect of this hotel. When we arrived, we were put in the lower and much older part of the hotel. We were greeted with a dark, old, unwelcoming cloud of mosquitos in the room. The 2 single... More

Firstly I would like to say that the hotel is in a really good location, the majority of the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the bell boys they are great blokes. That's about as good as it gets unfortunately, we paid for a room with a pool view and interconnecting rooms with seperate beds, none of this was... More
