Been to the hotel on a 4 days 3 nights business trip and meetings. Room was spacious and beautiful. Hotel was only 5 mins walk to karon beach and shops on the streets.

Hotel is a good distance from the aiport, return trip using a taxi that hotel called for was crap. Best to get a business card from taxi taking you from airport to the hotel and agree on rate. If not you'll easily overpay for a minibus/taxi that reminded me of a 3 cylinder Yugo.

Stayed at the hotel for 6 days and enjoyed it. Excellent grounds and facilities well spreadout out so the hotel didn't feel crowded.
However, there was a Corporate delegation from China ( Amway ) of about 300-400 people which most of the time were away from the hotel which gave the hotel a sense of calm and not so busy....

Just returned from a 10 day stay at the Hilton. Hotel great and set in lovely grounds and staff very very friendly. Room service was great. Crossing the road to the beach was not a big problem as the road was not very busy and there was always someone from the hotel to stop the traffic and let people cross....

Just came back from a 5 day stay at Hilton. The grounds are beautiful, and the staff were up to the Hilton standard (to be expected). I booked thru the "Hilton Premium Club". Little did I know that would mean I was paying almost double the cost had I booked directly thru the Hilton website. Live and learn I suppose....

Difficult hotel to navigate as the buildings are all spread out and you are constantly waiting for a hotel bus to shuttle you between buildings. There is also a road between the hotel and the beach so there is no privacy.

The hotel is very good.The environment is very beautiful. The service is very good. There was a server from Shanghai, who can speak Chinese and helped us too much .There is a very cool swimming pool with a waterfall in it ,unfoutunately, we had no time to enjoy it .
