This hotel was very dissapointing! Bad services at the reception, Staff was not friendly at all! The room was not good either, a/c was noisy and only werkend after 39 minutes. The shower was luke warm and almost no water pressure.

I was booked in for 5 days and decided to stay 3 more. Great safe and quiet location for lone traveler. Staff was so attentive and helpful. The room we had was fairly large, with two twin beds, a balcony with drying rack and patio furniture, fridge with water each day, television and vanity desk. The bathroom was clean and a fair size. I have been very disappointed by my stay at the Kata Beach center hotel during my stay in Phuket. This hotel is more a cheap bed & breakfast than a 3 star hotel overall quality is hardly worth a 1 star rating.
