Well there is a first time for everything & I want to be fair & objective & not considered a moaner but this place was just not for us. We arrived earlier than 2pm & were happy to wait until the room was ready, my husband said is this the right place to which I replied yes, admittedly we had... More

Picked up from airport right on time by the Hotel shuttle bus and the driver very polite. The grounds are quite attractive and relaxing, staff in the lobby friendly enough. I had one of the pools pretty much to myself during my stay which was great. Room was a good size with a little private balcony area. However, I found... More

it's set next to a busy road which you have to walk over to get to the beach. It's all very run down. The breakfast area is like something out of a 1960's butlin holiday (I imagine) with dirty white chairs and no effort. Rooms were ok but for the price is ridiculous.

This was our first time in Thailand, so didn't know what to expect when we landed at Phuket. We had arranged for a hotel transfer with Nai Yang and they were waiting as soon as we walked out of the door. Hotel is very close to airport, so did not take too long to get there, we were extremely grateful... More

The rooms and grounds are lovely and pretty classy unfortunately the staff weren't so friendly. Also as mentioned, the wifi charges are particularly stupid and they just need to put a stop to it. The area though is really nice with lots of great little eateries along a really nice stretch of beach and it's literally less than 10 mins... More

The grounds are really nice but Note to the hotel owners charge everyone an extra dollar or two & get proper functioning FREE Wi-Fi. The 'packages' are so Mickey Mouse it feels like you are getting nickel & dimed. With these different 'packages' you are only allowed, 1, 2 or 3 hours of access at a time. Unlimited internet is... Stayed 4 nights in July, weather a bit windy at this time of the year! The room was extremely clean and comfortable . The Resturant was OK. Nothing special . I think they got our order wrong or mixed up twice. The staff try hard and are friendly and helpful The pool/ s are good, especially if the beach is... More

The hotel is in a great location in what looks like a little town. The property is very bid with lots of nice pools. My standard review 1) towels soft 2) AC worked great 3) Plenty of hot water 4) sheets and towels were clean 5) room nice but basic The breakfast buffet was good. The property is great but... More

We stayed at this resort after arriving in Phuket and needing to depart for Chaing Mai 2 days later. Didn't want to have the hassle of Patong etc for that short time so stayed here on a recommendation as being close to the airport. Well, 5 minutes after leaving the airport we had arrived, prompt pickup, good driving and pleasant,... More

First off, when I arrived, the desk clerk was pretty rude and not very friendly. Then, when I went to my room, I was not pleased with the dump that it was. The room was dirty, had a tv from 1985, an unclean bathroom, and a blood stains on the wall next to the bathroom sink. I was surprised by... More
