Excellent value for money and a very clean and comfortable family room. Breakfast was fantastic and the whole family enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Will stay again on our next visit to Kent.

One if the nicest Premier rooms I've stayed in. Only a few minutes drive from Ashford international & outlet. Perfect for early Eurostar trains. Very friendly staff. Beefeater next door not bad - usual menus - good friendly service.

stayed here at the weekend with family, the rooms were just what you would expect from premier inn .... good beds/clean etc. staff friendly [ and also staff in the beefeater which was next door nothing was too much trouble ] ideal location for visting kent etc and ashford outlet centre only a few mins drive away.

The rooms are functional, clean and tidy. The noise reduction is very good (the channel rail line is only 200 yds from the hotel and could bearly be heard). Perfect venue as a 'base of operations'. Warm and friendly staff.

usual standard for premier great for the location to the tunnel went to the beefeater for evening meal very slow service and not that busy advertise bottomless chips with meal but never asked if the meal was ok so asked for more chips but never came poor service

Stayed overnight for channel tunnel in the morning - very clean and comfy night. Great staff very freindly and helpful including everyone in the Beefeater next door. We arrived late (10pm) and they called through to keep the grill open!

Very good night sleep in family room for 4 and excellent breakfast in the morning. Not a lot of space with the addnl 2 beds for the children but that was no issue for one night. Only negative point was lack of raisor plug.

I always look for a Premier Inn wherever I go. The brand is good and this one was no different. Efficient service all around. Only one small niggle and that’s the heating. Wanted an overnight stop before catching 10am ferry next day (young kids in tow). Hotels near/in Dover seemed pricey and although Ashford North is 30 miles away I thought £39 was a good deal for a family room and it got M25/M26 out of the way.
