If you need a family room for an overnight stop for the Channel tunnel of the ferry then this is an excellent hotel. Two single beds for the kids rather than sharing the usual sofa bed and a spacious room with room to breath. Very comfortable beds and a good all in price including breakfast. The best we stayed in... More

This hotel is in a good location for travelling and business in that part of the country and is good value ( I paid less than £80). On the downside the decor is 'old style' Holiday Inn and the man on the reception desk barely spoke as I checked in. On the up side the food was excellent and the... More

This is a good stop if your crossing the channel and don’t want the large town traffic and parking problems. The rooms are clean and a good size, staff are friendly and the pub opposite serves great food.

Stayed here in April 2015....room décor was a little tired but was very cleaned and everything was well maintained. Bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable though. Staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful and the communal areas such as the bar and restaurant were very comfortable. Would definitely use this hotel again.

We stayed here for one night at a weekend whilst visiting Ashford. The hotel is in a good location on the main A 20 but there is minimal traffic noise. The rooms were of a really generous size and good value at £59. The rooms were clean and tidy and although the hotel was quite full and not all rooms... More

A group of us stayed here for a get-together and after our initial mess, getting completely lost after TomTom told us this hotel was ON the motorway (nothing to do with the hotel itself), we finally found our way and parked in the large car park which had ample room for plenty of cars. The room was clean and comfortable... More

We have stayed at this hotel twice during the past month and on both occasions have been pleased to have a clean and comfortable stay. The room sizes are varied and so on each stay we booked a room which had two double beds giving more space. Both times the rooms were at the front of the hotel but we... More

I've stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasions. The rooms have always been good, although some are right next to the motorway so can be a bit noisy if you have the window open. The breakfast buffet is very good, although the evening menu can be a bit uninspiring and difficult to choose from if you're staying the... More

Beware all of you who rely on google maps or satellite navigation. You cannot access the hotel via the nearby motorway! Having driven a 20 extra miles round trip up the motorway a closer look at a real map shows the hotel say on the A20 as the hotel title suggest. Perhaps it would pay dividends for a member of... Dear Guest, many thanks for taking the time to write your recent review. I am sorry that you had a problem with the post code on your sat nav. Unfortunately this is an issue that happens particularly with the Tom Tom system. We have spoken to both Tom Tom and the Post Office and our post code is set by... More

Stayed here to break up a journey on our way back from France. The family room was very large, a little dated but clean. The two single beds were in a separate room which is a bonus. The breakfast was brilliant and staff very good with the children.
