Hotel is about 5k from Trier in a very small village. Traditional style hotel with a water mill. The room was older style and fairly basic, but clean and comfortable. Some toiletries provided and hair dryer available. Nice bar. Most staff speak English. Average breakfast in lovely room. Enjoyed restaurant meal outside. Free wifi available in bar and reception only.

Located in a valley about 10-15 mins drive from the historical town Trier. Cousy hotel just by wine yards and a creek. The service was friendly. The room we had was large and good. We got a decent dinner in the restaurant. The breakfast which was included in the price was ok as well.

We (my boyfriend and I + boyfriend's friend) had booked two rooms, one single and one double room, more than six months before our visit. Total price was 300e+236=536e When we arrived to the hotel on Wednesday the hotel's yard and restaurant was packed with people listening some cover band. After we had squeezed our car in the full parking... More

I have just returned from a fantastic week at your hotel where we travelled from Coventry with the band Mutley who played last Wednesday, I must say your hotel, staff, food was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely return again in 2015 with the band. Please pass on my thanks to your staff they are a credit... More

We stayed at this hotel on way back from a motorcycle holiday. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the facilities of a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc are very plush.. The hotel offers an al a carte menu and the meal we had in the evening was fantastic. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and all spoke... More

I recognise all the faults in the bad review below. In particular the so called head waiter has not seen the criticisms or has ignored them. He is not a very nice person. I think it speaks volumes when you have a cracked hand-basin and brown stains in the toilet bowl.

This was a return visit to this family owned hotel and once again in was most enjoyable. We stayed on the way to Switzerland and on the way back, both times the rooms were clean and well presented with wonderful views of the vinyards that surround the area. We had great meals in the resturant and "Tommy" made sure everthing... More

Booked on the back of recommendations on this site for a stopover at the end of a tour of the Moselle valley. I have written something like sixty reviews of hotels around the world - some glowing, some not so good. But, please trust me, this place is the worst - ever! Firstly, it isn't in a great location, in... More

We had booked on line two rooms for a night in this hotel. Our reservation was confirmed. When we arrived at 6 pm we have had the unpleasant surprise to know that there was not any rooms left. We had to go to another hotel located 3 km further. It was not fhe same standing, one room was at the... More

Having arrived in a very busy and noisy Trier in need of a night's accommodation, we looked at a couple of hotels in the city but weren't impressed by what we saw so we headed to the Tourist Information Office where we made the reservation to stay at this hotel. The hotel was only a few minutes' drive from the... More
