Located in the 4th and 5th floor of a commercial building this place lacks almost anything that makes a stay comfortable.Service is unfriendly at best.The completely hopeless morning receptionist did even not know the password for the wi-fi that works anyway only in the small lobby.Once he could aquire it the net did not work.One hour of my time wasted... Good Hotel for people travelling on budget. During my two visits to sambalpur stayed both times in this hotel. The hotel is close to railway station and one can easily get taxis/auto-rickshaws to the hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and has very good restaurant.
