Both venue and hosts could not be faulted. Everywhere beautifully clean , well furnished and decorated. Home from home feel - charming hosts including delightful daughter to entertain us.Very accommodating and flexible with breakfast. Most helpful advice and information on train travel to Lincoln and local places of interest, Will certainly return as it is very conveniently placed.

Welcoming hosts; went out of the way to re-configure the room to aid us; spotless; pleasant decor; useful location; good breakfast and the added advantage of off-road parking.

We had a wonderful stay at the Canel view bed and breakfast. Such friends hosts, we really could not have asked for more. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast amazing. We will most certainly return some time soon. I would recommend Canal View to anyone visiting Lincoln.

This has got to be the best B&B I have ever come across. You will have a friendly reception on arrival, a lovely room and a fabulous nights sleep. The rooms are immaculate & the breakfast delicious. Stayed for 5 nights and it was a wonderful break for us .Hosts were so helpful and welcoming..our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful with hosts flexible on our chioce each day, Have family in the vacinity and would be first choice to stay again

I stayed for two nights and was so impressed with the cleanliness and the facilities - Wifi even. My hosts were very welcoming and breakfast - with Lincolnshire sausage- really delicious. I would recommend this as a quiet oasis.
