We have just returned from a relaxing 2 night break at Boslinney Barn which more than met our high expectations after having read previous reviews. The barn is beautifully and tastefully decorated and our room, which had its own private entrance into the garden, contained the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! The breakfast was amazing and was... More

Boslinnery Barn is quite simply one of the best places I have stayed at in a long, long time. I have just returned from a two night stay with friends, feeling relaxed and refreshed. Ginny and Dave are gracious and friendly hosts who are so very welcoming. It really was like staying with good friends. It is situated in the... More

I'm so glad I stumbled across this place on Tripadvisor. Have just returned from a 2 night stay at Boslinney Barn with friends, and found it to be all that previous guests have said it would be. Ginny and Dave have created a wonderful haven of peace and tranquility, combined with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is beautiful... More

Last time I said that Ginny is a “Cornish Gem” and everyone will agree when you meet her; if you don’t I want to know!!!!!!! We love the location, love the solitude, love the bedrooms and love the hospitality (really a very good breakfast as well!). There is genuine warmth that surrounds Ginny that is just about perfect for a... More

In one word Fantastic! The owner, Ginny is like the friend you've known for years, she makes you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the decor and gardens excellent. All guests sat around a large breakfast table like one big happy family, watching Ginny cook... More

We have just returned from a 3-4 day break in Cornwall. We chose Boslinney Barn due to the proximity of the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, and also the very high recommendations on Trip Advisor, which were absolutely true. The barn, converted by Ginny and her husband, is amazing. In a beautiful setting and the décor is stunning.... More

We have just returned from our 4th visit to Boslinney Barn. We stayed for 3 nights and it all went too quickly. I was welcomed at the gate with Ginny singing Happy Birthday to me, she really is a gem. Cream tea on arrival is lovely. This barn conversion is beautiful, homely and quirky. You just have to look at... More

We returned from a 3 day visit to Cornwall for a relax and a little sight-seeing. Boslinney Barn is a converted barn and the setting is just stunning. We wanted to be close enough to Mevagissey and yet wanted the tranquility of the countryside and this was perfect for us. One evening, we walked from B&B into Mevagissey (warning: steep... More

Having just returned from our second stay at Boslinney we are already thinking about the next... Ginny is a marvellous host and her family are lovely too! Upon arrival you are treated to a gorgeous cream tea with views to die for over the back of the barn. Breakfast is an equally tasty occasion although be prepared not to need... More

The first thing that attracted me was the location. Boslinney barn is completely tranquil, at the end of a long track and overlooking a wooded valley. We came for Heligan, and this is a perfect place to stay. Ginny has done a fantastic job with her husband of making quirky beautiful rooms. The welcome cream tea was great, and breakfasts... More
