Having just returned from our second stay at Boslinney we are already thinking about the next... Ginny is a marvellous host and her family are lovely too! Upon arrival you are treated to a gorgeous cream tea with views to die for over the back of the barn. Breakfast is an equally tasty occasion although be prepared not to need... More

The first thing that attracted me was the location. Boslinney barn is completely tranquil, at the end of a long track and overlooking a wooded valley. We came for Heligan, and this is a perfect place to stay. Ginny has done a fantastic job with her husband of making quirky beautiful rooms. The welcome cream tea was great, and breakfasts... More

From the moment we arrived everything just felt 'right'. Ginny made us feel very welcome and we were offered a sumptuous cream tea. The Boslinney Barn is a testament to David's skill as a builder and the interiors highlight Ginny's marvellous use of colour and ability to accessorise furnishings so well. Our red room was splendid, the bed just so... More

We were welcomed with tea in the garden on the first of our two night stay and Ginny proved to be a great host with excellent advice about the best places to eat. The breakfasts are superb and served at a table shared with other guests which makes for an entertaining start to the day. Its location ensures peace and... More

We stayed at Boslinney Barn for a week at the beginning of September - and what a wonderful week we had. This is exactly as a Bed and Breakfast should be! Ginny loves sharing her beautiful home - she is a naturally hospitable person - and made us all very welcome. We especially appreciated my parents being able to spend... More

Our second visit in less than a year, so good to go back and not be disappointed. Its superb, can't fault it. The location is ideal for the area. Ginny, the hostess is wonderful, couldn't be more helpful and welcoming and has great local knowledge as she was born in the area and makes a point of helping you to... More

Ginny, the hostess, was born and has lived in the area all her life. Her knowledge of Cornwall and surrounding areas is outstanding and she gave us much valuable information on where to go and importantly where not to go. We were able to maximise our visits in the 4 days of our stay. We really enjoyed her breakfasts and... More

If you're looking for peace and quiet, a wonderful host and superb accommodation, Boslinney Barn is ideal. You're made to feel at home from the moment you arrive, being greeted with a delicious cream tea and a genuinely warm welcome from Ginny. We stayed for three nights, and wish it had been longer. The room we stayed in (the yellow... More

Where does one start with such an amazing place. We searched for a boutique style B&B in the area close to the Eden Project as we were attending the Eden Sessions on the 2nd July. The Barn is situated in a lovely quiet rural location and we were more than impressed when we arrived and Jenny the owner came and... More

We came back here for the second year running, and again nothing could be faulted. We stayed at the Barn as it was a lovely boutique B and B near The Eden Project (as we went to the Eden sessions). We arrived and were served Cream Teas in the garden, as it was a lovely hot day. The bedrooms were... More
