really liked the hotel. stayed there on 2 seperate occasions. once in delux room and once in unior suite. good all rounder. on a hill and main entrance is up a steep bank but we had car. kata beach is 2 mins walk down the hill. karon beach is 5 mins walk and patong beach is about 10 mins drive.... more

This hotel has an ok location, only a short walk down a very steep hill to the beach. The main problems were that it was quite dirty, there was no hot water and the breakfast was disgusting.
