Nowhere on earth you can find a greater hospitality. Kindly and friendly staff, excellent houskeeping. Fantastic atmosphere and service in restaurants, poolbars and poolareas. Good meny and delikat food. Brilliant location - no noise. Great and pleasant rooms. None negative experiences. This is second time at Centara Kata Resort, but not the last. We will be back. I have never stayed in such a terrible hotel. Absolutely tiny, nothing in the hotel they claim to have there. No on-site shop, no car rental, flowers, etc etc,. This hotel was beautiful - great decor - very romantic getaway. The rooms were clean and big. The pool spans the whole hotel. Its so hot in Phuket that the pool is hot. The staff isn't the most accommodating but the hotel rooms are great. more
