I first went to this resort in 2011 ,and it was a fantastic place then . In nov 2013 I returned again .to my shock Steffan the previous had sold out to a Thai woman who has no concept of how to run the place , I had booked a roomy bungalow which was tired and dirty . I had... More

This hotel is located on a lovely beach and near some great shops and restaurants. The pool access rooms are definitely worth spending the extra money on with room 1115 being the best of these. It has an extra large deck and a Window seat but not as expensive as the suite. The free Wifi in the lounge / reception... More

Truely a fantastic friendly resort. We stayed here 10 nights and had the best time of our lives right here. We had a pool access room that was a real ripper thing, a must for a little extra money. Situated right on the beach just like they said with excellent swimming and food layed on any time of the day... More

I stayed here the night before my wedding. As such I didn't get to investigate the hotel fully. From what I found the hotel was very well kept, the room I stayed in was very well layed out and met all the requirements needed. A nice little balcony garden was a good touch. Check in and check out was pain... More

Rubbish place to stay. Beach is dirty and over-run (even in low-season) with wannabe surfers who will mow you down. Internet is outrageously priced as are most things there. Management seem to be cashing cheques instead of showing concern and rectifying there shortcomings. Don't stay there - I'd suggest Karon Beach Resort or if you don't mind being a walk... More

Please note most of the reviews on this page are for the wrong resort - Kata beach Spa resort and Kata beach resort and spa are 2 completely different things!!! I stayed at this resort to study Thai massage. The website made it sound like the European owner was the teacher of the course, however it is actually a lovely... More

Even though the Resort is not much from the outside, once in it is pure paradise. Staff were great as was the time we spent there. View from the balcony onto the street was an interesting watch each night drinking a cold beer

We booked this hotel as it was one of the few that was on the beach. The problem is that the hotel has no loungers on the beach, although you can pay for loungers at around 100 baht each. The hotel loungers are around the pool and scattered through the grounds. If you want a lounger which has an umbrella... More

Many reviewers have mixed this place up with a larger/expensive resort. This place consists of a group of bungalows just 5 min walk to Kata Beach. It is owned/run by Mr. Helle and his wife. I stayed in Bungalow #5 - very roomy; complete with a kitchen, 2 recliners, TV, bed, batroom, etc. It's clean enough and in a GREAT... More
