Myself and my son stayed here 3 nights at the end of September. Food and accommodation was enjoyable with excellent bar and pool table. The owners were sociable and it was a nice atmosphere in a nice village and ideal for Stogumber staion if you want to travel on west somerset railway.

Had another excellent meal at the Rose and Crown Nether Stowey. We had the "Meal Deal" last night which, apart from being great value at £14.95p for two course for two people and two glasses of wine, was delicious. The food was freshly cooked, presented with style and delicious.
