The hotel is located not far from the auto-route which we use to go to the Alps and we decided to try it instead of the usual impersonal chain hotels. The parking area boasts several Tesla charging stations (!) and was close to the rooms. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The dinner was however rather disappointing. We had read... More

Good overnight stay on our way back from Austria to the Eurotunnel. The rooms are very clean and the beds large and comfortable. We have stayed here for a few years and always eat in the restaurant as there is nowhere close to eat. However this time we did not think the meal was as good as before and the... More

A group of us stayed here for two nights, one each way on our annual trip to the Alps. The rooms were very nice and also very clean, the service very good and the food also very good. It was a little pricier than we normally pay but overall, it was probably worth it. Its very close to the motorway... More

Wasn't sure what to expect, but absolutely loved this place. Booked it as stop off point on the way back from from a ski trip to Val Cenis. Great room, great location, unbelievable food. Compared to some famous and overpriced restaurants in London, the quality, value and presentation of the meal here was genuinely second to none, and fantastic value.... More

We stopped here as it was half way to visit to Germany and it was a good choice. It was very easy to find, near to the motorway. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given a room on the central courtyard which was quiet and very comfy. Heating for the room was centrally controlled, we seemed to... More

This is a wonderful hotel if travelling with a dog. It is well laid out with rooms off an inner courtyard, making it very easy to take the dog out when needed and safe. Car parking is good and there is a dog exercise area with dog bin. Add to that the lovely comfortable and very clean room, good shower... More

Really nice Augerge with surprisingly good restaurant. Rooms are somewhat "Motel" like, mostly off a central courtyard at the rear which made for peace and quiet. Did not like the "wild west saloon" style doors for accessing the bathroom though; they swing back and could catch you if not careful. Restaurant though was a revelation (I only say this because... Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. We booked the Demi pension and had a superb evening meal in the restaurant and good breakfast before departing. We use the Auberge for stopovers to and from France and have stayed longer to visit the local area including Champagne caves. Highly recommended.

Loved this Auberge. Very different, comfortable and fabulous restaurant. All reasonably priced. Plenty of free parking and would not hesitate to recommend. Only negative is that it is quite isolated. Yes would stay again.

We were visiting from South Africa, and stopped over en route to Paris for a night. We were really glad we found this remote inn. Check in was easy, and the rooms faced out onto a small courtyard. The rooms were very comfortable, with black out shutters for easy sleeping! Wifi was good. Staff were fabulous, spoke great English, and... More
