After a trip around France for one month - we came upon our last stop before home. This charming old fashioned and very friendly hotel and restaurant, near to Quend, Berck and Le Touquet beaches. A toasty warm swimming pool, a more than reasonable priced large bedroom, with old beams and mod cons awaited us, together with a quiet and friendly... More

We had a very friendly welcome, doing everything possible to be helpful. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable. The restaurant was very good with a most interesting menu. The breakfast was "correct" but expensive at 15 euros.

What a delightful find. An excellent hotel. Super facilities grouped around a central open area with pool and seating. Most relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Most enjoyable meal in a very busy restaurant. Highly recommended. We would certainly stay again.

Quaint converted farmhouse with out buildings. Warm welcome from owner on arrival. Room 103 quite spacious but not much natural light. Reasonable decor with twin beds. The walls are not well insulated so there is noise from other rooms. The bed spread could do with changing and the carpet is quite cheap. Pleasing to see tea and coffee making facilities.... More

We stayed with a larger group at this hotel for an event in the area. The room was nice, under the roof, shower and bathroom were clean, small but OK. Some people of the group complained of being cold during the night. The staff was a bit absent and looked surprised when I asked them some questions about the whereabout.... More

We stayed Liberation day and were very disapointed, There were no staff about and restaurant was closed because they said chef was sick, however I feel that they closed the restaurant because there were too few guests staying and staff wanted time off for Liberation weekend. Maybe a nice place in heat of summer but otherwise not worth the price.

This place is DIRTY - the floor in the room was sticky, dust balls in the corners, there were dead bugs everywhere (including on the towels) and did not improve during our stay (ie was not cleaned properly). The main room in restaurant has a door marked "prive" behind which dogs live and therefore the restaurant smells like dog. Its... More

Unfortunately we trusted the Michelin Guide too much when we booked this Auberge for a weekend stay. It was over rated and over priced. Yes, it was listed as a restaurant with rooms, so we were not surprised with the thin walls and poor sound proofing. What we were surprised with was the food. We ate a la carte, so... More

My wife and I had a lovely overnight dinner, bed and breakfast here. Unfortunately we found our car battery had gone flat overnight. On a cold, foggy Sunday morning the Proprietor got his tractor out and helped us re-charge our battery and we were able to complete our journey on time. Wonderfully helpful and charming. Vive Le Fiacre !

Stayed here three times now (unusual for us). Nothing pretentious, but well nigh faultless. We particularly like the garden where we have always been lucky enough to enjoy a glass before dinner. Rooms are not luxurious but are very bright, spacious and well equipped. Restaurant prices have increased a little but so has the quality of the meal.
