It was quiet a task to reach the place,As the road was a katcha road travelling through which was a pain. Also once you are at the farm you don't have anything around but the owners and their 2 dogs giving you company where ever you move. This place has no mobile network so you are completely cut off from the... If you are looking for a wonderful drive on NH 17 with quiet riverside place to relax, Sai Farms is the place. Good food, big property. Peace amidst nature. Perfect for the adventure junie who wants to do White Water Rafting at Kundalika!

If you go rafting in Kolad you can stay here. Its a forest ambience. The host is very warm and makes you feel at home. Ask for the river view rooms. The food is good. There is a swimming pool too. Table tennis and carrom is available. There is an awesome waterfall @ 2 km from the place and is... More

The busy humdrum of daily life beaten to silence; a green so vivid against the pale but swift river, Sai Farm truly can hold a candle to anyone wanting to get away. The beds are modest, the food is scrumptious but the true draw-in is Uncle's charm and the love of Laika, Malaika and Pepper - his four-legged besties. If... More

We found it nice and friendly resort where owners take care of it like family. We had good experience there, Place was nice, food was good and on the banks of river/lake. Good play room with facilities like Table Tennis, Carrom and Dart game. Some improvements are required like it can be further well maintained like having better rooms with... More

We were a group of 5 people and it was a sort of reunion after 2 months of college. The place is very beautiful, surreal weather. We were lucky to have the owner Mr. Gonzlaves present there and he is by far the best chef i have come across. The three dogs Laika, Mallika and Pepper will ensure you don't... More

Overall very poor conditions. Rooms uninhabitable during daytime due to heat. All kinds of groups allowed.Loud music huge rowdy groups with free liquor flowing in open and dining areas. Food average. No maintenance
