I stayed with my fiancee for 3 nights in June 2015. We had a lovely stay and were really pleasantly surprised by the enormous room and bed (although maybe easily impressed coming from a flat in London!). The pool was a particular treat, as the hotel is situated in an idyllic valley with no other houses in sight. Nadine was... More

I stayed for three nights in September 2013. Domaine de Rudel had been recommended by Caro Feely of Haut Garrigue/ French Wine Adventures. I was welcomed warmly by Nadine and Jacques. The room was big enough for me with a comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. The breakfast was ample with homemade goodies like almond cake. Nadine and Jacques allowed me... More

Great room in a converted barn next to the renovated farmhouse in the middle of vineyards. Would recommend this as a really good place to stay. The village ( easy walking distance) has a fab small restaurant and a nearby organic vineyard (also walking distance so you can sample the produce) which does a great range of tours.

My husband & I stayed for one night on a cycling trip through the Dordogne. It would have been nice to stay longer. Nadine & Jacques were wonderful hosts. Nadine speaks some English. The farm house & outbuildings have undergone a massive renovation that is well photo documented. Set amongst vineyards, the property is beautifully situated on the outskirts of... More

We stayed here for three nights and it is an amazing place - if you get a chance to have dinner then this is highly recommended -if you get the weather, take a dip in the pool. The owners are very friendly and speaking English was a big bonus

You're in the middle of the country but yet only a 5-minute walk to the village which has a very good restaurant, but not much more. However, you will not want to leave Le Domaine de Rudel because Nadine is a wonderful cook and you can book dinner with her any evening you want. This I would recommend! Also, there... More

This is a truly enchanting BnB on the outskirts of the tiny village of Saussignac. Nadine and Jacques can show you the photos of the restoration they have undertaken on the farm house and outbuildings and you realise what a mammoth task it was. The rooms are large and furnished simply with a VERY comfortable bed and beautiful pieces of... More
