On our way back from Italy to UK we decided to spend a few days exploring the Loire Valley and turned to TA to find an authentic place to stay. The TA reviews were spot on! The house is full of character and charm set in a wonderful location. Breakfasts are wholesome and full of fresh homemade fayre. Even though... More

Mum and I stayed here over Easter 2014. Florence was a delightful and attentive host whose breakfasts we still reminisce about. She was full of information and great recommendations and even made us beautiful homemade chocolate eggs for Easter Sunday! The accommodation itself is superb and a perfect base for exploring the region. Merci beaucoup Florence!

What could Alan and Ann possibly add to all the excellent reviews.... Well, firstly, we couldn't have wished for a better place to stay for our honeymoon - albeit we wished could have stayed much longer! Our first visit to the Loire Valley and Le Moulin des Landes - and it certainly won't be our last. We stayed in the... More

We spent 4 days in June at Moulin des Landes and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The property is a beautiful, old converted mill with old beams, angled ceilings, crunchy gravel driveway and loads of character and history. You will need a car here. The house is in the pretty village of Vernou-sur-Brenne, away from the usual tourist trails... More

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Le Moulin Des Landes in the Chinon Chambre. The room was 'perfect'; spacious, comfortable, spotless and with character (plus free wifi!). The hostess, Florence, is welcoming, speaks excellent english and is a source of really useful local knowledge for visits and restaurants. If you want a relaxing and comfortable way to visit... More

We just left from four days in the Moulin Des Landes -- which was wonderful in everyday. We had a lovely family room with two rooms and a bathroom -- all very up to date! Our mother came as well and had a lovely room with a bathroom and an extra room. The beds were SOOOO comfortable and well appointed.... More

This B&B is perfectly situated in the Loire area. You can visit from here most of the castels in the area. No need to stay in Tours or other famaous places. This place is out of the tourist path and yet very close. Rooms are great and the place is charming. Breakfast is just super!

By shear good fortune, I found this charming B&B on the net and discovered a lovely and elegant Mde. De L'Eau, the Proprietor of this inn is a fountain of energy, grace and kindness. My wife, daughter and I thought we met a long-lost French relative, though neither of us are French. While we only stayed one night, we wished... More

We absolutely loved staying here. The room was super and Florence had gone to so much trouble with cot/changing station etc for our 3-month-old daughter. She was also incredibly helpful with suggestions of things to do in the local area, directed us to great towns and chateau's and a brilliant local vineyard as well as making it easy for us... More
